This routine, may or may not be good for an MMA fighter, honestly, I don’t know because I’m not one! What I do know is the following workout(s) are my answer to my own question, how do you develop the conditioning to go 25 minutes in the octagon?  So we develop and we progress.  Start with 3 minute rounds and we’ll work up to the 5.

With the interval training you are already doing, if you are gassing out in coaching i'd look to dietary changes. Are you consuming heavy dairy earlier than figuring out? Are you consuming lots of simple sugars and white flour? Are you drinking power drinks as an alternative of good ol' water? I suspect getting interested by the fuel you take into your body often is the next discipline to focus on. You need an particularly LEAN (low fat), high-protein diety with lots of elaborate carbs, now not simple carbs. Vegetable fats are just right (nuts, avacados, coconut milk), animal fat are bad (fatty cuts of meet, dairy, eggs). I'm 18, 5'6.5" and have being workout out for 6 months now. I have managed to get my weight down to 74-76 kg from 88kg but their is still a long way to go. I can't manage to lose the rest. Women absolutely love men who handle violent confrontation and come up the winner. It's in their nature, it's in their DNA. Something you won't read in a newspaper: Ghetto thugs who often beat up weak people are rewarded with sex by their ghetto mistresses. You're smarter than fighting all the time – but simply being able to handle violent confrontation (having the Eye of the Tiger) is enough to get them wet.

Seems pretty obvious, but how often do you see trainers who have an ambition to make their fighters the best deadlifters, best sprinters, marathon runners, or even Olympic lifters. The goal is the goal. I know only one example where the gym became a sport and that is CrossFit. If you want to be good in the CrossFit Games, CrossFit training is the way to go, but it doesn’t mean it is a good way to train a fighter. Quite the opposite. To give another example, what works for a powerlifter will not necessarily work for a fighter. Work on the programs with the goal in mind, remember to test and assess your athletes. If you find out that poor mobility is what stops your athlete from increasing strength, address the mobility first before putting more weight on the bar.
Note that this workout is very simple. For example, you might ask, “Only three sets of pressing for the first workout?” Yes. Do not do more than mentioned. Sometimes volume is low to allow you to adjust to the new program or to allow for strategic deconditioning. Also, combat athletes are among the most prone to overtraining, especially if they are training in their skilled disciplines three or more times per week. In March 1997, the Iowa Athletic Commission officially sanctioned Battlecade Extreme Fighting under a modified form of its existing rules for Shootfighting. Visualize your results while you are working out, and know that they will be accomplished. Visualize each workout before you do it, while you are doing it, and how you did it. Get specific on your visualization during your workouts. Visualize yourself getting stronger with every rep. Visualize and feel your cardio increasing every time you are working out. Vsualize your technique and your power increasing with every punch, kick, pull-up, push-up, etc. Visualize the results you want to get, while you are training.

It's not a traditional bodybuilding workout, but MMA fighting works all of the muscle groups in the body. For instance, hitting the heavy bag is equivalent to lifting weights. When your back is against the cage and you're working to get your opponent off you, that's equivalent to doing weighted squats and bench presses. You do training camps to prepare for fights, and that means sticking to your diet religiously and working out hard. It's not an easy lifestyle, but it keeps you fit.

You say you’re a streetfighter/boxer right? And female? Mother of two kids? Who are you tell anyone of any height or weight that shouldn’t learn some self defence? You’re no better that told that poor woman which clearly asked for logical and practical advice on protecting herself as what anger management will accomplish? How will it accomplish if she is the one been physically attacked. I’m a short woman myself and fought many in my time and still kicking. I’ve fought both girls and guys but I rather to train with guys as gives me the drive to become stronger. Yes, they’re stronger and taller than I am but that don’t stop me from actually finding a way and beating their ass which I have. The men fear me in my dojo because I’ve proven no matter how short fat skinny masculine or gender. It is the spirit of the individuals strength and determination. I train in Hapkido, taekwondo, muay Thai kickboxing and cage even done boxing too. I’m respected where I train, and I train with men that enjoy doing it with me and I ain’t afraid to take a hit even dish it. I’m ashamed and disappointed in your view as any proper teacher would not be pleased with your opinions. Seems to be, you’ll never understand the concept what she is experiencing as never had to worry due to the fact you had to be one of those enjoyed going around beating others. As for women love violence, what a load of shit! Again, you must be implying those who are beaten by thier spouses must loved been treated that way, or victims of rape/murder must loved it too.
